A good family breakfast surprise

Waking up to a varied breakfast was a treat! The kids loved the pancakes, and our room was spacious, perfect for family bonding. The pool was a fantastic escape after a long day.

No safe in room!!!

It was close to the event and close to the highway

Did not have any electric in the bathroom from 10 o'clock p.m. till the next day staff seemed not to be concerned

A few improvements would enhance the experience!!! The indoor pool area could see better maintenance to avoid cleanliness issues and the gym equipment is lacking!!! It's frustrating when hallways feel excessively hot!!! More dining options beyond breakfast would be nice!!!

The room was bright and huge with a shower, hair dryers and towels in the private bathroom. The service was GREAT, that made the hotel peaceful place.

Great beds and the comfort of them to include a great King suite.

Tub, I couldn't relax in a hot bath because the angle of the tub. Install reclining tubs for long soaks. (the back of the tub)

Exceptional venue, outstanding food, magnificent location in the Chicago area. Clean facilities, with well-designed and bright rooms. Bonus point for a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines and a seating area. Quick check in and late check out.

Beds were hard.

Very clean and excellent customer service from every employee.

The bed was a little too tall, hard to climb into for a shorter person.

Pleasant breakfast experience

We tried to switch rooms, as we wanted two doubles vs king bed, the hotel was less than 10% full, but was told there was nothing she could do, since we booked 3rd party. Horrible customer service

Had a blast with my friends here! We loved visiting Lynfred Winery and Pirates Cove Theme Park. The location was great, close to fun spots. The hot breakfast offered plenty of options, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Just a heads up, there were a few cosmetic fixes needed in the room, but it didn't take away from our experience.

I did notice the hot water was out part of one day, a bit inconvenient. They did have signs about it, but it was still disappointing.

The beds were unexpectedly and amazingly comfortable! Always a great surprise when staying at a hotel.

You could hear people in the hallways early in the morning, we had a night away from the kids so we tried to sleep in, and the families next door to us just weren't going to let that happen.

This hotel suits me perfectly! With great internet access, a fitness centre, and a fantastic indoor pool, it has everything I need. I still remember the staff helping me with a phone charger on my first stay. Don't forget to enjoy the free breakfast!
